View Award - The Recruitment Achievement Award
The Recruitment Achievement Award is presented to individuals who contribute to the continued growth and future of Obsidian Fleet through successful recruitment efforts. This award recognizes members who introduce enthusiastic and dedicated new players to the community, helping strengthen both the Fleet and its sims through active participation and mentorship.
To qualify, the recruited player must remain an active member of the sim for a minimum period of a month. Recipients of this award demonstrate not only the ability to attract new talent, but also the commitment to helping those new members become lasting and valued parts of the Fleet community.
