The Service Citation is awarded to members who have demonstrated continued dedication and active participation within their ship, station, or command for a sustained period of service. This recognition honors individuals who have remained committed to the growth, stability, and success of their crew through consistent involvement, teamwork, and contribution to the Obsidian Fleet experience. To qualify, a member must have served with their command for a minimum of three months. This award is non-cumulative and is presented as a mark of reliable and honorable service.
